House Rule

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.   

Check-In: 14:00 PM  

Late Check-In: Reception Close at 18:00. We provide self-serve late check-in, Make sure you leave correct phone number and email address we can send you late check-in instruction.

Check-Out: 10:00 AM  

Late Check-Out Hour: Depend on the next reservation. Ask our staff first 

Late Check-out Fees: $ 15.00  

Late check out (after 10:00 AM and before 11:30 AM) may result in a fee.  

Full Charge - Full Night - If cancelled within 3 days of arrival

No Refund for change of plan / late cancellation 

Passports are required at check-in, Please note that all guests must have a valid passport to check into our dormitory style rooms. No exceptions will be made.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Not accept group booking (Maximum 4 person group).
Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy', we do not accommodate end of year sporting groups or hen and stag parties. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
Guests must be between the ages of 18-40
No Refund for changing your mind or itinerary.
